Ken is one of the kindest people in the Philly beer scene. We discussed his roots in Kensington / Fishtown and what makes Memphis Tap so special. Then the conversation turned to the new project he is working on with his eldest daughter, Rachael Morris, as well as co-owners, Jake Atkinson and Chris Roller. Opened in early February of 2020, this new brewery quickly found itself navigating the global pandemic.
