Opened in December 1995, Sly Fox Brewing began life as a brewpub located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Over the next few years, their popularity grew and they opened a 20-barrel production brewery In Royersford. Demand for their beers continued to grow and they moved to a new brewery in Pottstown in 2012. Tim Ohst, Director of Brewing Operations sat down at their taproom in Malvern, PA. We discuss the company’s history, plans for the future, and how the coronavirus is affecting the brewery.
