For almost two decades Colin Stronge has been making a name for himself in the British Craft Beer scene. We first met while he was head brewer at Buxton Brewery. He also spent time at Marble and Northern Monk before finding himself in the UNESCO World Heritage village of Saltaire at SALT Beer Factory.
